Avion Park

SMG Development is providing Owner’s Representative services on the entire Avion Park project.  As the Owner’s Representative on this project SMG Development is responsible for all coordination and oversight amongst the numerous general contractors, design consultants, and Owner vendors working on the project.

The  Avion Park project includes three premier mid-rise hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, and Marriott TownPlace Suites, as well as four free-standing restaurants. There are 25,000 square feet of retail shops, 100,000 square feet of condo high-rise space, and 300,000 square feet of Class A office space. The project also includes a large parking garage and several storm water vaults.
