Opstal, President of SMG Development is a State Certified General Contractor with over 14 years experience in the commercial and residential construction industry.   He holds a bachelors degree in Building Science from Auburn University.  Previously he was with DooleyMack Constructors and has an extremely well diversified portfolio of construction project experience.  Maurice Opstal brings development and commercial/residential construction experience to the partnership of SMG Development.
