Michael J Doyle, CPA, and Managing Partner of SMG Development, as well as principal of SMG Property Management has and extensive accounting background with Price Waterhouse as well as his own firm, Doyle & Associates, Chartered. He served as the due diligence officer for the securities firm Folger, Nolan, Fleming, Douglas, Inc. in Washington, D.C. He has over twenty-five years experience with multifamily projects as an owner, partner, and investor. This includes overall management of several thousand apartment units. Michael Doyle brings accounting, development, and multi-family management experience to the partnership of SMG Development.
