Mr. Opstal and his team, now at Stellar Development, constructed Key Cove in Key West, Florida while

employed by Homes of Distinction. Key Cove was

made up of 12 single-family residences, all of which

were constructed two stories over parking.

Prior to creating Stellar Development, Mr. Opstal

was a partner and co-owner of Homes of Distinction.
Homes of Distinction developed and specialized in

high-end waterfront homes located from Key West

to Anna Maria Island, Florida. Having constructed

over 30 luxury homes during his tenure as

vice president and partner, Mr. Opstal has extensive

experience in the construction and renovation of

single-family residences.

Mr. Opstal and his team, now at Stellar Development,
constructed Paradise Harbor in Key West, Florida while
employed by Homes of Distinction. Paradise Harbor
consists of six waterfront single-family residences with
boating access.

Bradenton Florida

Stellar Development was contracted as the general

contractor to renovate the interior, exterior and the

additions to the residence.

Key West, Florida

Mr. Opstal and his team, now at Stellar Development, constructed Marquesa Court in Key West, Florida

while working for Homes of Distinction.

Marquesa Court consists of nine single family

residences in the heart of Key West, Florida.

Sarasota, Florida

Stellar Development was selected as the general

contractor to construct this three-story Key West

style home with beautiful views of Phillippi Creek.

Stellar assisted with the design, layout and interior

selection process. The challenge was to construct

the home without removal of the trees on the

property. Stellar built the entire home and only

removed two pine trees located within the building

pad. The project was completed ahead of schedule

and within budget.
