Constructed in 1971, Sarasota Surf and Racquet was

in need of a water and sanitary line replacement.
The project scope consisted of four separate buildings

totaling eighty three separate units that required

renovation work. We were given the challenge to

work in eighty three occupied condominiums and

remove and replace all the service lines and replace

the unit in better condition than when it received.

The overall project schedule was very tight, in that

the entire scope of work had to be completed in less

than 90 days. The project was a complete success,
crews worked around the clock to ensure we met

this crucial deadlines.
